I had a great stay, with location down into the main harbour area. Mike was the best owner ever. It had a marvellous setting just next door to plymouth, bars and all the local shops.

Friendly and accommodating hosts. Excellent communication throughout. Surpassing expectations with spacious and luxurious rooms. Comfortable beds with fresh bedding. Home away from home amenities. Convenient location with parking on site. Easy key collection process. Would definitely return.

Great host, very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The spacious accommodation had all the facilities we needed, making it feel like a home away from home.
the property was in need of some maintenance and repair, giving it a tired and run-down appearance. the property had obvious damp issues, with black mould present in both bathrooms.

The accommodation was fantastic, with reasonably large rooms. The location was perfect, close to everything like shops, and plenty of places to eat nearby, including Pizza Hut. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows.
